we need more magers

i think we need more and/or better rules about maging
we have now many welfs and ppl who are scary to mage cause there def
i think we need make it more attractive to more now are always the same who mage
something like magers get target loot's
and maybe to make rankers lower rank if they not maging

its just one suggest

i am completely in favour of this - i no life mage when really it should be the new people shwing they are dedicated to the clan by coming in mage - not the other way round

i also mage the entire time - some members think that welfare ranging/gs is the only thing for them - im gonna start cracking down on gear

No seriously tho, WE DEFINITELY DO NEED MORE PEOPLE MAGING. Just think of the mage trips, we occasionaly have, when we pwn all the noobs easily. I mean I can easily name all the people who USUALLY mage (don't flame me if i forgot anybody): Paga, Pana, GWD, Drake, Str, Dice, King noob, Robert, and me; and this is pretty sad, since it's like 1/10 of the total clan-members.

Maybe we should make it like, for all ranks of one banana +, you need to mage at-least so many days a week /a month and that we should also 'enforce' other methods of 'motivation', like Robert suggested.

before i joined 3d i had to tank them several times many time no magers i could practicly walk away...I am in favore of the magers get targ kills.

vara it's true u died faster and many welf ppl tele but u don't need to risk so much
only mystic and blk dhide is ok too.

I don't really mind risking much, but i got gfed by connection lost. And yah, I do normally use mystic.
